Terry Mencarini
School Administrator
B.S./WV U, Administrative/ Educational Leadership - Kent State and Bob Jones, entering 15th year as administrator, 14 previous years as teacher/gym teacher, lives in Bedford Heights with husband, Mike and has two grown children, Kristina and Mark, both NBCS graduates. Enjoys gardening, travel,home remodeling projects and crossword puzzles. Involved in NBCS School Committee and nursery duty at NBC.

Elementary memory – I probably spent every night after school in first grade because I was too busy talking and laughing with the boys. I then had to run all the way home to avoid a spanking for being late and yes, it was over a mile!
Barb Salzman
Secretary
Faith Baptist Bible College, beginning her 15th year, loves Longaberger baskets, crocheting, and cross stitching, lives in Macedonia with husband, Randy. Has two grown children, Katie and Kevin, and is actively involved at NBC in ABF leadership, nursery duty, and choir.

Elementary memory - remembers having her head gashed open by her brother pelting rocks at the school bell. Was helped home by friends while little brother ran and hid for hours. Needed 6 stitches.
Ruth Ann Tipton
Teacher
1st Grade
B.S./Taylor, M.S./Toledo University, begins her 33rd year at NBCS teaching 1st grade and Music. She lives in Bedford with husband Jake. Both her children, Jacob and Kristina, are NBCS / CVCA alums. Kristina is currently attending Moody Bible College. Mrs. Tipton plays the organ for NBC and enjoys reading and working at Camp Patmos.

Elementary memory - being picked to play Mary in the school Christmas program.
Jane Miner

2nd Grade
B.A./Cedarville University, lives in Medina and is entering her 15th year at NBCS teaching previously at Medina Christian Academy. She and husband, Dan, are actively involved at Fellowship Baptist of Wadsworth and have 3 adult sons. She enjoys reading and collecting teapots.

Elementary memory - she arrived to school one day in time for lunch because her morning walk to school included walking up and down every snow hill in every driveway.
Becki Price
Teacher
3rd Grade
B.A. in Elementary Ed. /Bible minor from Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit PA. She is beginning her 4th year at NBCS and is originally from Caledonia, Michigan where she taught for a year. She is the youngest of six children and an aunt to eleven beautiful nieces and nephews.

Elementary memory - My 5th grade teacher, Miss Brown, has always been my inspiration. When I was home schooled in 6th grade, she had a surprise party for me with all my friends from the previous year. She took the time to make me feel special and loved.
