NBCS Tuition 2011 - 2012
FINANCIAL PAYMENT POLICY FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2011– 2012
Tuition is payable on 11-month basis with the first payment due in July. In calculating tuition where there is more than one child in the family, the oldest child is considered the first, second oldest the second, etc.
You will have the following options for paying your school tuition bill:
- You may pay the full year’s tuition by July 31st to NBCS and receive a 1% discount. If the payment is not received by July 31st, the discount is not applicable and you will have to use option 2 or 3.
- You may pay ½ of the annual bill by July 31st and the other ½ by January 31st. (No discount applies with this option.) If you select this option and miss the payment date, you will have to pay the balance through F.A.C.T.S.
- You may pay tuition on the regular 11-month plan thru F.A.C.T.S., July through May. Please note there is an additional charge of $35.00 assessed by F.A.C.T.S. for this service. This fee will be taken out of your checking or savings account as soon as the paperwork is submitted.

SCHOOL FEES
Registration: $75.00 per family – all re-enrolling families paid by March 31, 2011
$100.00 per family – all new families or payment after March 31, 2011
This fee is non-refundable except for denial of re-enrollment, classes being full, or family moving from the area.
Athletic Fee: $15.00 per sport – payable at the time the sport is started
Activity Fee: $35.00 per student due by June 30th – includes yearbook
Technology Fee: $30.00 per student due by June 30th – Kindergarten thru 6th grade
Book Fee: Grades Kindergarten through 6th - $155.00 per student due by June 30th
Grade Pre-K - $75.00 per student due by June 30th
Testing Fee: $10.00 per student (new students only – Kindergarten through 6th grade)
Before/After School: $6.00 an hour first child/each additional child $3.00 (more information upon request)
Returned Check Fe e: $30.00 – money orders required after two returned checks Pre-K – 6th
